One moment.
The picture paints only what you name.
Paintrz sets itself up around your answer.
Every color from every brand, in your pocket, no signal needed.
Tip: hold a sheet of white paper against the surface, tap it with "Tap something white first", then tap the color - it cancels the room's light.
Take a photo of the room or the house and the colors you picked go on it.
Type the colors above and the nearest real paint colors appear here. Tap one to use that exact color instead of a description.
Your renders, newest first. Tap one to open it.
Lines from your price book and rate sheet, the colors and pictures from the job, one tap to a PDF.
Made from an accepted estimate - a deposit to start, the balance when done. The customer pays you the way you already get paid; you mark it here.
Stack two or three estimates as options on one page. The customer picks one and accepts online.
Everyone you render for. Each client is a job: their renders, guest links, leads, estimates and invoices file under it.
Every job, by where it is. A job moves on its own when something happens - an estimate sent, days picked, an invoice paid. Set it by hand from the job.
Match each column. A row needs a phone or an email; one that matches a client you already have fills in the blanks and is not added twice.
Homeowners who rendered their own home through the widget on your site and left their details. Newest first.
The app's words. Estimates and emails to customers stay as you write them.

10 renders your first month, then 5 a month. The Ultimate Color Book, renders and Client mode.
Every account starts here.
100 renders / month. Your logo and contact on every render, your brand colors in the app. The Paintrz mark stays on the picture.
Extra renders at 30¢ each, your plan rate.
250 renders / month. Everything in Starter, no Paintrz mark, your own background photo, guest QR links for the homeowner's phone.
Extra renders at 20¢ each, your plan rate.
600 renders / month. Everything in Crew plus the website lead widget, the Leads inbox with email alerts, and your branding on what homeowners save.
Extra renders at 15¢ each, the lowest rate.
"See your home painted" on your own site. Visitors upload a photo, pick a color, leave their details and see the render, branded as you. Every one lands in your Leads tab and emails you. Renders from the site come off your plan, 200 per key.
When the floating button is chosen: where it sits and how it opens.
Your public page, for anywhere a link goes:
The key is the code inside the snippet: it ties renders and leads from your site to this account, and allows 200 renders a year. Renew resets the same key for another year, nothing on your site changes. New key retires it: anyone who has the old snippet loses it, and the code has to be pasted again.
The one-tap chips under What to paint. Set them to what you actually paint: a fencing contractor lists pickets, rails and posts; a deck builder boards, railings and stairs. Up to 16, separated by commas.
Used on every new estimate. Sales tax and your rates live in the price book below.
What you sell and what you charge. Estimates pull their lines from here. Type lines in, or import the Excel sheet you already use; export any time.
Match your columns to the book. Anything unmatched is skipped.
Every job you schedule goes on your own Google Calendar, with reminders, and moves when the job moves. Bidroom work orders you accept go on it too.
Checking…
Homeowners post pictures of their house or cabinets painted and ask what color it is. We match the color, put your brand on the card and tag you as the local painter - a free referral, from us.
The nudges you would send if you remembered. They go out from your name, once each, and stop the moment the customer answers.
A page where a homeowner books their own estimate visit. It lands on your calendar, files them under Clients & jobs, and emails you both. Put the link on your website, your Google profile, your truck.
Give your painters their own sign-in. They see the schedule - each job's address, phone, colors, pictures and notes - and can add notes. They never see estimates, invoices or your settings.
Work orders and invitations to bid go to your subcontractors here. The client stays yours: subs see a first name, two letters and a ZIP until you award, and every message runs through the app.
What a subcontractor must give you before they work. Tick Required for the must-haves, Expires for anything with a date, and upload a template (your hold harmless, for example) for them to sign and send back. Add your own items below.
Your own way of getting paid goes on every invoice as a button and a line of instructions. Paintrz never touches the money - no fees, no holds, no sign-up.
Let customers pay invoices by card. The money goes straight into your own Stripe account (Stripe's card fee is yours; Paintrz takes nothing), and a paid invoice marks itself paid and pings your phone.
Your logo, contact details and the paint color chips are burned into every render you download or share, and your logo replaces the Paintrz mark in the header.
Tune the app to your brand: the background and the button color. They show here, in Client mode, on your guest QR links and on your website widget. Text and outlines adjust themselves so it stays readable. Colors from Starter; your own background photo from Crew.
Put the brands you sell first. The color picker shows your top seven and keeps the rest behind "See more brands"; your guest links and website widget use the same order.
Hear the moment a customer opens, accepts or pays an estimate, a lead comes in, or a subcontractor answers.

Send clients in from any CRM, from Zapier, or from your own script. Make a key, then point the tool at the address below. Clients that already exist (same phone or email) are matched, not doubled.
Two kinds of key. An import key files the lead. An invite key also emails every new lead a link with 10 renders - they take a photo of their own room and see your colors on it before you have even called back. The link lasts 14 days and shows in your Guest links.
Address
Header Authorization: Bearer YOUR_KEY or, for tools that cannot set a header, add ?key=YOUR_KEY to the address.
Body (JSON) one client, a list, or {"data":[...]}:
{ "name": "Dana Ortiz", "phone": "(520) 555-0100", "email": "dana@example.com", "address": "12 Elm St, Tucson", "notes": "Kitchen and hall" }
Field names are forgiving: first_name + last_name, mobile, email_address, street all work. job or project names the job when it differs from the client.
Invite keys send the 10-render link to every client the call creates that has an email. Add "invite": "all" to the body to send it to matched clients too, or "invite": false to skip it for one call. Each client in the reply carries invite: {sent, link}.
Zapier - Webhooks by Zapier → Custom Request → POST, the address above with ?key=YOUR_KEY, Payload type JSON, map the fields. Runs on every new contact in your CRM.
Read them back - GET the same address (?limit=200&since=2026-01-01) returns your clients as JSON.

Show a homeowner the QR code and they can run renders on their own phone, billed to you. Each link is capped at 20 renders and can be revoked at any time. For a link that lives on your website, use the Lead widget above. Crew and up.
Client you know: no form, they just render; their renders land under this job in History. New lead: asks for their name and number first and lands in Leads with an email to you (Studio).
