Client mode and the PIN

What it is

One tap hides your balance, billing, settings and every other customer's job. The homeowner sees your logo, this visit's renders, and nothing else. A PIN gets you back out.

How to

• Under a render, tap Hand to client, or Menu › Client mode. The first time on a phone you set a four-digit PIN; it is kept on that device.
• To leave: Menu › Exit client mode, enter the PIN.
• Change or clear the PIN under Menu › Client PIN. Forgot it? Sign out instead on the PIN screen; sign back in and set a new one.

When it goes wrong

If the app reloads in Client mode it stays in Client mode, on purpose: a reload in front of a homeowner never flashes the account behind it.
