Signing in, passwords and magic links

What it is

Your account is your email address. Sign in with a password, or ask for a magic link and tap it from your inbox. You do not need one to use the color book: the app opens on it, and Sign in at the top right (or Generate) brings up the card when you want to render. How to

• Password: enter your email and password, tap Sign In. The app remembers your email on that device, so next time it is one tap plus the password.
• Forgot it: tap Forgot password under the form. A reset link arrives by email within a minute; check spam if it does not.
• Magic link: tap Email me a link. It works once and expires in an hour.

The sign-in form asks for a quick human check the first time. If it fails, reload the page and try again.

When it goes wrong

• Session expired: the app signs you out after a long idle period. Sign in again; your renders and settings are all still there.
• "Invalid login": passwords are case sensitive. Reset it if in doubt.
• No email arrives: search your inbox for "Paintrz". Gmail sometimes files the first one under Promotions.
