The render failed or is stuck

• Failed means the model could not produce a picture. Nothing is charged: the render or credit is refunded automatically. Try again; if it fails twice on the same photo, retake the photo.
• Stuck on rendering for more than two minutes: leave the tab, come back to History. If it still says processing after ten minutes it will be marked failed and refunded.
• Slow: a busy moment can take 20 to 30 seconds. Rapid repeated taps on Generate queue extra renders; the button greys out while one is running for that reason.
