Scheduling: paint days on the job, reminders to the customer

What it is

On the job, Schedule holds the paint days: first and last day, all day or start and end times, a note the customer sees. Saving it moves the job to Scheduled; the first day moves it to Painting and the morning after the last day to Done.

How to

On the job → Pick days (or Change). Untick All day to set times. Email the customer sends a reminder the day before and the morning of, from your name, with the address and your note - it needs an email on the job. Clear takes it off the calendar and cancels the reminders.

When it goes wrong

Reminders go out on the service's clock, so a job scheduled for tomorrow after 6 pm gets only the morning-of reminder. If the customer's email bounces, nothing shows on the job - check the address in Details.
