Guest QR links: their phone, your account

What it is

A link, shown as a QR code, that lets a homeowner render on their own phone for a while, on your account. They see your branding, no sign-in, no app.

Two kinds of link

• Link for a client you know (warm): no form. They scan, render, done. Their renders show in your History under the name you gave the link. Use this for anyone already in your pipeline.
• Link for a new lead (cold): asks for their name and number before the render and lands in your Leads tab with an email to you, the same as the website widget. Use this for a prospect you have not met, for example a Facebook lead you are warming up.

How to

Menu › Guest links (QR). Type who it is for (optional), then tap the kind of link you need. Show the QR code or copy the link into a text. Each link is capped at 20 renders and can be revoked from the same card at any time.

Which plan

Warm links: Crew and up. Cold links: Studio, because they create leads. Renders come off your allowance and credits like your own. A link stops working if the plan lapses.

When it goes wrong

"Session ended" on their phone means the link expired or was revoked; make a new one. Their uploads are deleted 30 days after the link expires.
