Photos not uploading from the phone
- Camera does nothing: the browser was denied camera permission. Allow it in the site settings, or use Choose from library.
- HEIC photos from iPhone are converted on the phone before upload; if one fails, take the photo in the app instead.
- Upload failed with a size message: the app shrinks photos to 1600 pixels, so this is rare; try again on Wi-Fi.
