Crew: painters get their own sign-in and see the schedule

What it is

Settings → Crew gives each painter their own sign-in (and an Office role for someone who runs the office - see The office role). They see My day: today's stops and the days ahead, each with Call / Text / Map, the colors and renders from the job, your notes and the customer's schedule note, and they can Add a note or mark Day done - both show in the job's activity log with their name. They never see estimates, invoices, the price book, reports or settings.

How to

1. Settings → Crew → name and email → Add to crew. They get an email with their link (or Copy link and text it).
2. They sign in with that email - a code is sent to it, no password to remember - and open the link once. From then on the app opens on My day.
3. Remove stops their access right away; nothing they added is lost.

Which plan

Every plan, up to 25 crew members.

When it goes wrong

This invite is not valid any more - it was removed or already used by another account; send a new one. A painter who also has their own Paintrz account keeps it and reaches your schedule from the menu under My day.
