Install the Ultimate Color Book on your phone

Put Paintrz on the home screen: it opens full screen like an app and the whole color library works with no signal.

What it is

Paintrz installs from the browser, with or without an account, on every plan including Free. There is nothing in the app store. Once it is on the home screen it opens full screen with the Paintrz icon, and every brand's colors are stored on the phone, so the Ultimate Color Book works in a basement or a new build with no bars.

When to use it

Once, on each phone or tablet you carry into estimates. Do it on WiFi the first time: the app downloads the whole color library (about 3 MB) so it can work offline later.

How to

iPhone and iPad (Safari): open paintrz.com/app.html, tap Share (the square with the arrow), then Add to Home Screen, then Add.

Android (Chrome): open paintrz.com/app.html. The Ultimate Color Book shows an Install card; tap it. If the card is not there, use the browser menu (three dots) and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.

Desktop (Chrome or Edge): open paintrz.com/app.html and click the install icon at the right end of the address bar, or tap Install on the card in the Ultimate Color Book.

The card in the Ultimate Color Book goes away once the app is installed, or when you tap Not now.

Every plan, including Free.

When it goes wrong

No Install option in the menu. On iPhone it only exists in Safari, not Chrome or the Facebook browser: open the address in Safari. On Android make sure you are in Chrome, not a browser inside another app.
The icon opens the old page. Remove the icon from the home screen and add it again.
Signed out after installing. The installed app keeps its own sign-in. Sign in once inside it and it stays.
