How close is the color?
What it is
The render paints the manufacturer's published color into the customer's photo, under the photo's own light. It is a strong illustration of how the color reads in that room, not a color-matched proof.
What to tell the customer
Screens differ, phones differ, and paint changes with sheen and light. The brand, name and code are printed on every export so they can buy exactly that color, and a sample pot on the wall is still the last word.
When it goes wrong
A muted color can render a touch more saturated than the chip. Rate the render and say so in the note; every rating trains the model.
