Tags, where they came from, and filters

What it is

On the job, Tags are your own words (type one, Enter); Where they came from is a short list (referral, Google, website, widget, guest link, online booking, yard sign, social, repeat). Leads that arrive through the widget, a guest link or the booking page get their source on their own.

How to

Chips above the client list filter by a tag or a source; the Board follows the same filter. Reports → Where the work came from counts new clients by source for the period.
