The office role: someone who runs the office for you

What it is

Under Settings → Crew you add someone as Office instead of Crew. When they sign in they get your business: Today, Clients & jobs, Estimates & invoices, Reports, the price book and Get paid - acting as you, so estimates and invoices carry your name and numbers. They cannot render, change your plan, your branding or your settings, and cannot manage the crew.

How to

Settings → Crew → name, email, role Office → Add. They get the same invite email as the crew.

Which plan

Every plan. Office logins count toward the 25.

When it goes wrong

An office login that also has its own Paintrz business sees yours; their own renders stay in their own account. Remove them from Crew and their access stops at once.
