Closing your account

What it is

Menu › Close account. Your photos, renders, leads and guest links are deleted 30 days later, and unused credits are forfeited.

The 30 days

Sign in again inside 30 days and you see a Keep my account button; tap it and everything carries on. After 30 days the account is gone.

Before you close

Cancel a subscription first under Plan & credits; closing the account does not stop billing. Download anything you want to keep.
