Where the homeowner's photo goes

The photo a homeowner uploads through your widget or a guest link goes into your account, the same as a photo you take yourself. You can see it on the lead card and on the render. It is deleted 90 days after upload, or 30 days after the link expires, whichever comes first; the render stays 12 months. If a homeowner asks you to delete it sooner, email us the lead's name and we will.
